4 Prefabricated Houses

A house, Latin house (hut) is a building constructed for habitation by one or more people. You can organize one or several plants, usually not exceeding three storeys. You can also have a basement or crawl space, and a top cover passable, called roof. If you have enough land, you can also have courtyard and garden.

This is the place where historically developed specific activities and relationships of family life, from birth to death of many of its components. It serves as a shelter against rain, wind and other weather agents, and protects against intruders, human or animal. It is also the place to store their belongings and properties habitantes.w

Also called home to some buildings for community services, as the town hall, the almshouse, the pawnshop, maternity home, the clinic, a major institutional venues, such as the White House or Casa Rosada or even the disreputable houses and beds, brothels, etc.

In contrast to the house floor is often called single-family housing as part of a larger building, usually of different heights

The sturdy frame structure that supports the building and fixed to the ground. May be made of rammed earth, adobe, brick, stone, wood, steel or reinforced concrete, but very rarely can be used other materials. The structure consists of "foundation" and "supporting structure":

Foundations: the part of the structure on which rests the whole house is underground and the weight transmitted to the field of housing and the stresses to which it is submitted. A house can have different types of foundations, footings, continuous footings, slabs, piles, etc.. When ground resistance is low to support the loads (usually less than 0.1 N / mm ²), it is necessary to use continuous slabs or piles. If the house has basement areas such as warehouses or garages, retaining walls available which can be considered as part of the foundation or as part of the supporting structure. Above the land rises bearing structure, comprising a vertical supports , which can be point (pillars) or linear (load-bearing walls), on which rest the horizontal elements that make up the floors and ceilings, which in turn can be unidirectional (systems of beams and joists), or bidirectional (slabs and tiles).

Manufactured homes are an industrial product, which allows assembling modular buildings constructed previously manufactured, regardless of the soil in which they will settle, so it must be built before a concrete slab or a media system that serves foundation, support and anchor the set.

These systems applied to the houses are typical of massive construction and repetitive. In the Soviet era in Russia were widely used in precast construction.
