Easy Video Capture from any computer screen

As a system administrator of a medium-sized companies, are responsible for the configuration of systems of more than 200 employees. Often, this is the configuration of BIOS settings and other system configurations. In many cases, these configurations can be performed by the same computer. So, to save me the hassle of going individually to each user's computer, I decided to make some quick video tutorial to guide you through configuring the system BIOS.

He soon encountered the problem of capturing video from a BIOS screen. How can I record a video in which it is impossible to install the video capture software on the computer that will do it for me? I decided to try a device that can record the DVI signal from my computer screen. After trying several analog video capture devices, I was not satisfied with the quality of the recordings has brought in.

After testing some capture cards more, like those offered by Pinnacle or Hauppauge, I stumbled on DVI2USB. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the DVI2USB promised to capture video at the original quality and resolution and the resolution of the source signal on both VGA and DVI sources. After connecting the device to the signal source on the one hand and my laptop, on the other hand, I was able to use the VGA and DVI signals with DVI2USB and record it at native resolution, as promised. The included software is feature rich and does not meet my requirements for video annotation. However, the DVI2USB records as a high-resolution webcam, so I was able to use a wide variety of other software such as Adobe Premiere. The result was a high-quality HD video that I was able to send internally to all employees who needed help with the BIOS settings.

The DVI2USB is now a device that I use whenever I need to take a screen shot of something in which the PrintScreen key does not do the trick, or if I need to record video. Configure the device is very simple and fast, and its small size means I can carry around from computer to computer with ease .......
