State Reform and Crisis of Values

The Reform of State must have high productivity and profitability in economic, financial, social and political issues. This should be done with quality.

In the next years, the quality will not be a competitive differential advantage, as companies or institutions are not simply manifest a level that will be declared "unusable" and, therefore, be replaced by others that if you have it.

Unless there is a conscious and voluntary decision to destroy, at whatever level, the state (I do not think this in the minds of governments or civil society), it is essential that we prepare ourselves collectively in the best possible way to carry out the reform of the state, starting from a lucid diagnosis, the basis of a sound quality management system which will then be audited on a system of continuous improvement for society as a whole.

We must start recognizing that the basis of social crisis, economic and policy affecting our country for several years, is the institutional crisis, in turn responds to a crisis of values, having gone even to the exaltation of anti-values, pretext of modernity and "acculturation" of customs (mores, a Latin word that gives rise to the word moral). One might say as the illustrious Roman: O tempora or mores. Oh what times, oh what customs!

Keep in mind that consumers and users are increasingly aware and demanding, demanding quality products and services that are made with the highest quality standards and are true satisfiers of needs, desires and expectations. The honesty of the companies and institutions is no longer a benevolent or funny added that they can, especially when it comes to Reform.
