Rumors that vegetarians should do very complicated recipes is false, the truth is there are many options to prepare quick and easy vegetarian dishes, in fact, the variety of dishes that are vegetarian food make an exciting journey to follow in the path to health.
1. Read the label
The most convenient way to create healthy dishes is to store some sauces and ingredients that have already been purchased, so just open cans and packages when you need to prepare something fast, it's generally a good idea especially if they are preserved beans, sauces, dried peas, mushrooms and tomato sauces preserved.
Always remember to inspect and read the package labels before purchasing and storing. Some products appear to be vegetarian but contain animal based ingredients such as animal oil.
2. Cook the same way.
The vegetarian dishes are similar to regular meals, the only thing is they do not contain meat, this means you can cook like you've always done, just need a little knowledge to complement their nutrient and a little creativity to make vegetarian dishes as tasty as meat dishes.
A substitute of the protein is found in beans, nuts and legumes, calcium from milk and green vegetables. To make something easy and tasty you can experiment with herbs and spices such as chilies, oregano, thyme and basil.
3. Do not overdo serving the same dishes ever.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with serving vegetables, beans and peas, are practical and healthy dishes, although it may remove the routine a bit, so your family does not bore the same flavor, make the same dishes but this time could be first with some seasoning onions, garlic and pepper.
4. Serve healthy snacks.
In some cases all that is needed to prepare and serve healthy meals is a little more time. To ensure that no family members come home hungry and ready for a great meal at 6 PM, serve healthy snacks to delay their anxiety for dinner, pack some nuts, dried fruit, mixed fruit and cookies for delivered to your school or work.
5. Crude Serve
Raw Vegetarianism is another way to maximize the healthy nutrients your meal, you might try one night a week of eating raw vegetables are considered healthy and not lose any of their properties through the preparation process heat, some vegetarians liquefy just eat raw fruits and vegetables, you still can only choose simple salads, dips and sauces delicious.
